Barcelona officials have held “positive” talks with Paris Saint-Germain about Neymar returning to the club – but there is still lots of work to do. That is according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, who says Barcelona have settled on a €170m (£154m) offer for the Brazilian to be paid after a one year loan. That loan is believed to be for at least £30m while the Spanish champions may offer one of their players to help reduce the cash amount they will have to pay next year. “So after meeting between PSG and Barcelona concluded, few clues of the situation have come out. €170m is the offer for #Neymar from FCB to be paid.
