Danilo Luiz da Silva (born 15 July 1991), known simply as Danilo, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Portuguese club FC Porto mainly as a right back. He will move to Real Madrid at the start of the 2015–16 season, after an agreement between the two clubs was made on 31 March 2015.
He began his career with América before moving to Santos, where he scored the goal that won the 2011 Copa Libertadores. In January 2012 he moved to Porto, winning consecutive Primeira Liga titles in his first two seasons.
